Download the CopyFilenames installer for Windows 11/10.
To install CopyFilenames on your system, run the installer and follow the instructions.
In order to install CopyFilenames, you will need to agree to this End User License Agreement.
Unfortunately, Windows sometimes fails to detect changes to the installed context menu handlers. This means the Copy Filenames command does not appear in the File Explorer right-click menu. If this happens, you will need to sign out and back in, or reboot.
To remove CopyFilenames from your system, uninstall it using the Windows Control Panel.
Tip: Close all instances of Windows File Explorer before uninstalling to avoid needing a reboot after it has been uninstalled.
